The project consists of eighty-four wood frame apartment units constructed as forty-two one-over-one three story townhomes. Each 1,800 SF unit comprises one and one half levels of the building. There is a complimentary 8,500 SF commercial incubator building included as part of the overall campus. The loan for this new construction multi-family project was secured by CDA and HUD.
