This project is a crucial part of the ongoing expansion at the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Our scope of work included drywall, specialty framing for skylights, setting up acoustical and wood slat ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, FRP panels, wall protection, and metal framing.

This $10.5M contract included 379 apartments, a 10th-floor club room, an 8th-floor fitness center, and 1st-floor amenities. Our touch? Seamless drywall, metal framing, thermal and sound insulation, carpentry, finishes, and a jaw-dropping black metal mesh ceiling in the fitness center.
