Commercial was responsible for the renovation of three low-rise office buildings, converting them into senior housing. The project consisted of over 70,000 SF of residential space consisting of 56 apartments with extensive outdoor features. Amenities included a lighted walking path, community kitchen, gazebo, grilling area, upscale exterior furnishings, and residential surface parking. The existing historic building was adapted and revised for senior leaving. This project required innovation on how to utilize the spaces based on the existing conditions.
