New construction of this 143,000 SF mixed-use building, containing performance spaces, a gaming lounge, study areas, and a food court. Our scope of work was CFMF, insulation, drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, metal ceilings, specialty ceilings, marmoleum wall surfaces, cement wall panels, fiber cement wall panels, wall trims, DLT trench cover installation, fiberglass gratings, and cement pavers.
