The restoration and conversion of the former northwest police headquarters to a 28,000 SF mixed use office and retail building within the bounds of the historic nineteenth century “castle at Keswick.” The project entailed the complete renovation of the four buildings comprising the complex, specifically the restoration of wood floors, tin ceilings, historic doors, frames and windows, the slate staircase with ornamental iron balusters, and restorative plaster work.
