03 Sep Commercial Interiors Receives ABC Baltimore Diamond Award for Under Armour TMB2
Commercial Interiors has been awarded the 2025 Award of Excellence in Construction by ABC Greater Baltimore for our work on Under Armour’s Teammate Building 2 (TMB2)—the new global headquarters for one of the world’s most iconic athletic brands.
The Diamond Award is the highest level of recognition given by ABC Greater Baltimore and celebrates construction teams that deliver exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and project execution. This Under Armour project received a perfect score and stood out among this year’s entries for its technical complexity, sustainable design, and seamless delivery.
Located on the Baltimore Peninsula, the five-story, 280,000 SF TMB2 building is constructed almost entirely of mass timber and includes advanced sustainability features like geothermal heating and cooling, solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and a landscaped roof. The project is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification and reach net-zero operation, setting a new standard for green construction in the region.
Commercial Interiors is proud to be recognized at the highest level—and even prouder to build spaces that reflect innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship at their best.
Congratulations to President Milton Matthews, VP Jeff Kuhn, Senior Project Manager Edward Tippett, Superintendent Mark Sheppard, Site Manager Miguel Zanella, Foreman Anthony Taylor, Finishing Foreman Francisco Portillo, Superintendent John Norris, and the whole project team!
