Bon Secours Community Resource Center Ribbon Cutting

Bon Secours Community Works, along with Kaiser Permanente, the 21223 Anchor Group, elected officials, and West Baltimore residents celebrated the grand opening Community Resource Center in West Baltimore today with an open house and ribbon-cutting. Commercial Construction, the general contractor, transformed an abandoned library into a facility that will provide residents with career training, financial education, and job search assistance.
