Commercial Construction Starts Perkins Phase One

Commercial Construction is proud to announce the start of the $25 million Perkins Phase One project. The Perkins Homes project is one of the largest redevelopment projects in Baltimore City and part of the Perkins Somerset Oldtown Transformation Plan.

The Perkins Homes project is significant to us because we were a drywall subcontractor for the latest renovation 32 years ago in 1990. Now we return to Perkins Homes as the general contractor.
