Commercial Utilities Procures Contract in Fairfax County

Commercial Utilities is riding the wave of the new normal and providing the underground infrastructure for the power and communications that are at the heart of the work from home experience. CommercialUtilities is partnering with JLB Realty on a multi-family building at 8015 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. The 4-story building will have a coworking space on the first floor, 224 apartments, and 73 “live/work” units that provide formal workspaces in the residences.

Commercial Utilities will be constructing 2,000 linear square feet of a communication duct bank. We are pumped about our new partnership with JLB Partners and look forward to working with them more in the future.
