Mission First Housing Group Highlights 1234 McElderry Apartments

This past fall, Commercial Construction completed 1234 McElderry Apartments, a 104 unit, mixed-income rental property, and the first completed community phase of the Perkins Somerset Oldtown (PSO) Transformation Plan.

Mission First Housing Group, The Henson Development Co., and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City celebrated the Grand Opening of 1234 McElderry Apartments with tours of the building interior and outdoor community spaces. The three organizations celebrated the Grand Opening of this crucial benchmark project of the PSO Transformation Plan.

Officially open, 1234 McElderry Apartments is a 104 unit, mixed-income rental property and the first completed community phase of the PSO Transformation Plan.
