Marty has over 25 years in the construction industry, having worked for some of the largest construction firms in Maryland. He leads a team of professionals including engineers, project managers, and architects. He is responsible for the vision and direction of the general contracting and construction management company, including strategic planning, marketing, systems integration, quality assurance, and profitability. Marty actively serves on the boards and/or commissions for numerous community organizations.
