This project is a 22,000 SF retrofit consisting of a two-level brick façade building with original solid wood timber trusses and columns. The renovation work included demolition and reconstruction of the rear wall while shoring up the roof. This once-vacant building is now a mixed-used space and home to a combined production and retail space for a natural beauty product company.
