This project comprised the complete renovation of a ten-story, 166-unit, 166,000 SF multi-family building. The original 150 apartments were renovated, and all appliances, cabinets, finishes, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and doors were replaced. Existing office and retail areas were converted into 16 new apartments. The common spaces on the ground floor were renovated with some layout reconfigurations.
