This 15-story, 443,000 SF tenant fit-out was one of the most significant LEED projects in Baltimore City. The project had offices, conference rooms, support space, employee amenities, and a 65,000 SF trading floor with seats for 500 energy traders. Commercial Construction was one of the Construction Managers in the Turner/Commercial/ Mahogany Tri-Venture.
