Commercial was the general contractor for the renovation of the United Healthcare retail stores located throughout the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan area. The general scope of all projects included the renovation and construction of retail tenant spaces for United Healthcare Group. Commercial managed all facets of the project, including demolition, drywall, acoustical ceilings, finished carpentry, roofing, flooring, MEP systems, and voice and data upgrades.
