This project is the renovation of one of Baltimore’s historic public markets. As a preconstruction partner with Brown Craig Turner Architects, Commercial Construction supplied constructability reviews, estimating, and value engineering services that saved the owner approximately $500,000 and allowed them to start construction. The scope of work includes concrete, masonry veneer façade, structural steel, utility relocation, HVAC, fire suppression systems, food service equipment, and commercial kitchens.
