This ten-story, 309,000-square-foot mixed-use residential development features 379 apartment homes, including 20% affordable housing units, and was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. The project includes a variety of resident-focused amenities, including a fitness center, club room, and first-floor community spaces. Commercial Interiors provided a comprehensive scope of work consisting of cold-formed metal framing, drywall systems, thermal and acoustical insulation, air and vapor barriers (AVB), finishing, acoustical ceilings, specialty metal mesh ceilings, and rough carpentry. Extensive interior build-outs and high-end amenity spaces showcase architectural detailing and specialty ceiling features that contribute to the modern character and functionality of the development.
