Commercial Construction was the General Contractor for the GWU Cancer Treatment Center renovation in Washington, DC. The scope of work included the renovation of the central treatment administration core, including exam rooms, laboratories, bathrooms, and offices. The contract also included work on the main elevator, entry lobby, and family consultation rooms. Commercial managed all facets of the project, including demolition, drywall, acoustic Ceilings, finished carpentry, flooring, MEP systems, fire suppression, and voice/data upgrades.
