Commercial Construction and Commercial Interiors teamed up to perform the interior fit-out of this 20-story building which contains 572 beds over 321 one and two-bedroom units with apartment-style amenities such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The building also features a rooftop terrace, a fitness center, and 8,300 sf of ground-floor retail space. It is LEED Silver certified.
