This 20,000 sf design/build of an education facility was constructed on over 170 wood piles and a structural slab. It is a 2-story wood-framed building with 12 classrooms designed to accommodate more than 300 students. The building also features a 5,000 sf green roof and preserves an open green space on campus for outdoor activities.
