This new 68,000 SF project includes the construction of a new grocery store, including a 1,000 SF health clinic and pharmacy space. The ground-up construction project helped fill this neighborhood’s 10-year void of healthy and fresh food availability. Additionally, this project created over 250 full and part-time jobs ranging from construction to in-store positions.
