Commercial Construction was the general contractor for this 8,500 SF new high-end, luxury restaurant fit-out as part of the Live! Casino Project. The scope of work includes all trades: framing, drywall, custom carpentry, and millwork installation, floor and ceiling finish systems, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, food service equipment installation, halon and sprinkler system modifications, and point of service data networking.
