This project is a 2,200 sf tenant fit-out for retailer Starbucks. This facility was completed using 47% minority contractors. Commercial Construction managed all aspects of the project including drywall, acoustic ceilings, finishes and MEP. Some of the challenges overcame were working above occupied lab space and coordinating with other ongoing tenant fit-out contractors.
