The project consists of sixty-two (62) wood frame, slab on grade two-story townhomes. Sitework over the 11.2-acre site includes grading, private and public utilities, new public roads, demo of existing structures and rock blasting.

The loan for this new construction, multi-family project is secured by CDA/HUD.
